Our goal is cooperation and partnership of leading experts in the field of enforcement of judgments to provide effective interest representation of our clients and other types of professional legal assistance, high-quality consulting and legal services to individuals and legal entities in Ukraine and other countries.
Our mission is to develop the field of the enforcement of judgments in Ukraine, to take a leading position in it and, as a result, to increase significantly the percentage of executed judgments in Ukraine, thus ensuring the right to a fair trial under Article 6 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.

In 2016, the Law of Ukraine “On Bodies and Persons Enforcing Judgments and Decisions of Other Bodies” came into force, which introduced the institute of Private Enforcement Officers. Today, the number of Private Enforcement Officers throughout Ukraine is more than two hundred people.
