Statistics of enforcement success for 2018-2020
According to the official data of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the indicators of success of the enforcement of writs of courts and other bodies in 2020 increased compared to the previous period and this trend continues in 2019.
Of the total number of enforcement proceedings (5 158 141) that were under enforcement in 2020, completed, ie worked out and closed in accordance with the law, by:
State Enforcement Bodies: 2,765,217 enforcement proceedings (57% of pending proceedings), of which 1,492,617 enforcement proceedings were actually executed, which is 53% of completed cases (31% of pending proceedings);
Private Enforcement Officers: 52,431 enforcement proceedings (17% of pending proceedings), of which 24,083 enforcement proceedings were actually executed, which is 45% of completed (8% of pending proceedings).

State Enforcement Bodies: 2,383,709 enforcement proceedings (54.8% of pending proceedings), of which 1,121,608 enforcement proceedings were actually executed, which is 47.1% of completed cases (25% of pending proceedings);
Private Enforcement Officers: 20,361 enforcement proceedings (16.7% of pending proceedings), of which 9,861 enforcement proceedings were actually executed, which is 48.4% of completed (8.1% of pending proceedings).
In 2020, the following was collected by: UAH23,457,906,969
State Enforcement Bodies: UAH 19,175,057,388 (2.4% of the amounts in the pending proceedings);
Private Enforcement Officers: UAH 4,282,849,581 (3.3% of the amounts in the pending proceedings).
In 2019, the following was collected by: UAH20,665,412,445
State Enforcement Bodies: UAH 16,499,641,308 (2.3% of the amounts in the pending proceedings);
Private Enforcement Officers: UAH 4,165,771,137 (5.8% of the amounts in the pending proceedings, which is 2.5 times more than the state ones).
Collected on average in 2020 per one:
Private Enforcement Officer: UAH 16,536,098;
State Enforcement Officer: UAH 4,347,099.
Given that in 2020 the actual number of state enforcement officers was 4411, and private enforcement officers 259 people, the efficiency of private enforcement officers is 3.8 times higher!
Collected on average in 2019 per one:
Private Enforcement Officer: UAH 19,197,102;
State Enforcement Officer: UAH 3,686,247.
Given that in 2019 the actual number of state enforcement officers was 4476, and private enforcement officers 217 people, the efficiency of private enforcement officers is 5.2 times higher!
