At the invitation of the Ukrainian Association of Fintech and Innovative Companies, “Justlictors” took part in the largest online conference on digital lending and finance in Ukraine – Digital Lending. “Justlictors”’ Managing partner Alexei Vorobyov in the report “Enforced debt collection on online credit” focused, in particular, on:
– judicial and extrajudicial debt collection mechanisms;
– practice of application of executive inscriptions, risks of their use;
– criteria for selecting a private enforcement officer;
– legislative initiatives on digitalization of enforcement proceedings.
